This is certainly the most reasonable course of action to expect from each restricted shareholder. If I'm not mistaken, the issuance of the license should generate the needed volume to absorb these shares.
Would you agree that it's reasonable to expect these insiders to utilize the upcoming bump in pps which we can expect from receiving the license?
