I would think PHOT has some sort of exclusive rights for their equipment. Imo the reason Bill went with phot was the shares and the fact that they were supplying the equipment so that he did not have to go out of pocket for it. We are either giving up a piece to private investors or to phot. It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out with the lawsuit. How ever I look at this once we get the license and start growing FITX will become the benchmark for all MJ stocks just like msft was for tech. All imho
