Is there a new rule?-- a new rule was imposed on mm's Mar 2011 but they've got so many tricks/ways to get around the rules -see 4kids9pets posts
absolutely ridiculous mm's and brokers generally have been allowed to issue illegal naked shares when we get hit w a chill just because a broker made a mistake re ca $8400 real shares june 2009 -
because of so called fungibility- on that basis they'd have to freeze 1/2 the penny stocks due to brokers and mms' naked shorts etc
