Some conference points from AB:
-FITX stock is worth "a ton" even if they grow 1/4 of what they are predicting to produce.
-Litigation details still not known, but PHOT and FITX deal apparently still in place. He pointed out again FITX is not in the litigation, it is the trusts, primarily RXNB. He said everyone needs to just take a deep breath.
-A private equity fund gave the funding/investment, but details are not known. Bill is releasing details of the deal by Tues (he also said this publicly on Facebook yesterday). Big question is what % of the company will the fund own from their investment, but Bill assured AB FITX still has majority ownership of CEN-Bio.
-AB thinks the license will be approved and FITX will be a huge producer, but he questions the ability of 1.3 million pounds.
-Still bullish on FITX.
