Just my opinion but reading the filing they were acquired for their assets and knowledge. I think it also mentions they are for 'consulting' purposes, aka developing and cultivating techniques to pass on to other MG collectives, i believe to create the strains sold on PJ's. They were a collective in the past way and stopped before Medical Greens acquired them
