I believe it's a contract dispute or an ownership dispute (patent). Not a deal breaker.
With it all coming public on Monday or Tuesday, I think it turns out to be more noise than substance and PPS is restored to both companies by the end of the week.
Just an opinion, don't shoot the messenger.
