Bill stating unequivocally on FB that the deal 'is NOT off' and that we will have details Mon or Tues is great news for both companies.

So they have a disagreement, perhaps over control of something minor to the deal nut important enough to fight over. It happens, to every business, and the more money you make and people you do business with, the more it happens. Hell, it keeps people like me in business!

Will the market react? Probably so. Bash pieces and MM's and message boards will blaze with bad news and dire predictions.

It's noise, and really, business is usual. You would be surprised how often this happens among companies amicably still in business together.
