Wall Street (well penny street) will certainly react Monday no doubt. For longs in either company it doesn't really matter, just a speed bump. Here's how I see it for what it's worth:
Sam the man has his own growing plans.
Bill said I want to keep 100% of the company & profits.
License plans must be getting close to file this law suit before FITX gives anything to anyone, the deal gets cleared up now before any monetary transactions must occur.
Long take is great for FITX, Monday maybe not but the MM's & day traders will be all over this to use for their own advantages.
Stocks go up & down as often as companies get sued. It's business. I'm long & strong in both companies, looks like I will need to sell a bit of PHOT Monday to buy back more shares & grow my FITX shares! I don't expect FITX to be down for long.
