25% of our earnings isn't worth the equipment (PHOT) was supplying.
and if (PHOT) is negligent for the 240million shares then we get a huge cash settlement for (FITX)
I think this is a great turn of events.
Until we have details of the suit then its all speculative, but it's nice we shook the 25% (PHOT) ownership. We will not be doing business with somebody we are suing -- just doesn't happen in business.
