You know I've said this before Fluid Level what's the fluid you can't pump more out then is coming in or you get gas , I've worked with low gross wells and you know .they all have their own personally like people . You just have to get to know them. That bucket picture looked like good oil . We need to know what the pump was rated for first wells they always think big then they down size when you should do it the other way . They could shut it off for awhile two hours then start her up and see how she pumps .
