Here is what I think imho. I see it as a win around for FITX. We don't give up 25pct and no 100 million payment. I was wondering on why we went from 12 Million in private financing to 20 million. Now it all makes sence. The PHOT deal went bad somewhere along the way. Maybe with that 8K. When it went bad Bill said F U I will do it myself and went out and got the money he needed to buy the grow equipment and fully complete phase 1 of the project. This shows that Bill will do whatever it takes to get it done. He will improvise adapt and overcome, things I look for in a leader. So we don't have the shares from phot. But we didn't give up the 25pct, no 100 million payment and we might win something in the lawsuit. I think Bill has plan A B and C in place and he is not going to let anyone push him around.
