Well this definitely means the deal with PHOT must be dead.
Positives are FITX will now own 100% of Cen Bio..
Negatives are the shares of PHOT that were worth over 200M to be used for share buyback and
to further growth. Guess putting money on the books will come in other ways.
Have to take some time to absorb all of this.
