Oh OK.   I thought PHOT did have the technology, just based on the name of the company.  That is why I asked.  Thank you.  So in the deal FITX was not somehow "dependent" on PHOT?  I just read a lot of posts about how the rise in PHOT PPS would be helpful to FITX.  Please understand, I don't understand this deal and won't pretend I do.  That is why I'm asking.   Thanks for sheading light on it.
