1.  Is this why FTIX got private funding, or not related, not known
2.  Hate to sound like Wolf Blitzer on CNN, but is this a good thing or bad thing for FITX
3.  I was kinda under the impression like babalyon mentioned that this was a synergistic opportunity for both PHOT and FITX.

Completely understand if some and/or none of this can be answered.  Just trying to understand any implications, if there are any.
