In my opinion, and it's only worth about  37 cent's in change, is that there is some in fighting going on, take your pick, either Bob wants to sell and the rest want to see how she does in Canada, or Bob want's to see how she does in Canada and the rest want to sell.  and nobody can make up their minds. It's a 50/50 deal, yet the offers keep coming in to buy, or merge or partner, and until Bob get's the best scenerio he aint budgen, after all Emergo is supposed to be sellen their prod. In the mean time were stuck with 555 raking in the shares, buying at 15, selling at 20, over and over.
