Yeah, I'll be happy to explain. Somebody sold 4,550,000 @ .0921. The proceeds would be $419,055.00. What's your problem with that? Stocks are bought and sold every day. Looks to me like whoever sold got a bit more for their shares than the closing price. Good for them.
