I don't see where this will really affect us all that much one way or the other... The growers can still grow for now, but still in limited amounts and tons more people will still be applying for MMJ and getting it...
The only downside is that HC may not be so desperate for us to finish and come online, But we were never going to be producing by April 1st anyway. HC will still have to operate under the assumption that the law WILL take effect and be ready to enforce it as of April 1st.
In the end people will want our quality and will buy from us rather than a local grow to get better quality at the same price.
This is also temporary and I think the law WILL go into effect for safety concerns at the grow facilities alone. That's why HC's big thing is security of the facilities.
All in all I think it's no biggie for FITX...
