No equity of the actual CEN Biotech inc. company. Remember how PHOT was supposed to own 25% of CEN Biotech inc. but no shares were issued? Instead its a claim on future profits. if shares were issued that would mean whoever the private partner was wants in on the Supplement and Hemp LTD side of things as well.

I do not think this is the case as Bill has stated in numerous announcements there are NO PLANS for a share structure increase of any kind. He's looking into buying back shares as soon as revenue gets flowing in from the project. Probably sometime in the Fall.
