Imo. We are in a no lose position. We have funding for the build out. If phot deal is in place we get the equipment and the shares. If phot is out we get 25pct plus 100 million payment we do not have to make. How I see it, it is a win win for us. IMO we have the funding and the phot deal. The only thing that makes me question that is AB comments and the fact he was just with Bill. Until we hear otherwise we have both Imo.
