Warren B'S purchase of the TV Station is the actual acquisition of the FCC License, the "Brick and Morter" or actual location is immeterial to the purchase. It was the License that he purchased....now lets watch the "Market" he applys to put it in and start broadcasting.This also gives "WB" access to "CONTENT"...what ever he would like to start programming with. The same FCC requirements apply to Radio Stations as well.
