Bill said in the Shareholder meeting that there was money from private investors for the build out, I think this is just the PR to say the deal is done on that money. PHOT could still be in place IMO.  This is what I would believe except for the fact that AB just met with Bill and might know more than we do. Either way i am here for a min of 3 years as I trust that Bill will make the right decisions along the way
