Poor PHOT, no idea why that one is dropping, great time to get in though. Probably people who are thinking FITX and PHOT are no longer together and FITX is getting money elsewhere...which isn't the case.

PHOT's deal is POST license, but nice to have a private partner come in. would be great to get about .10 and stay there to uplist.
