A share buy-back was mentioned in two recent press releases from COHO.  The CEO also mentioned that he wants to up-list.  Perhaps this is the reason for the rapid share price appreciation?  Still watching this one, and wishing I invested.  Such is life I guess.  One can always find chances missed, and this one is no exception.
