Alan Brochstein 420 InvestorA very odd press release from FITX that suggest trouble with PHOT deal. I think that this is very positive (VERY POSITIVE) for FITX if that deal breaks up. FITX should be much higher if it does because they retain full ownership rather than 75% (or 10%!). I haven't heard from Sterling or Bill, so I had to take a leap. If you don't have a position in FITX, you might think about it. I am not adding because we are big enough. I will look to deploy the cash we just raised. If I learn that I have misread the implications, I can buy PHOT back too.
