Hmmmm I think it would be bad business going forward to get out of the PHOT deal. On paper it may look good as far as numbers and profit,but it just looks bad when you start going back on deals.

Going forward, who is going to want to do JV's with us if they think we will turn around and cut them out?

PHOT is strong partner and there is strength in numbers... jmho
