I don't doubt that Mr. Bordynuik will be able to finish #4 and #5. He's been able to deploy a portion of investors capital for pre #1, pre #2, proc #1, proc #2 and proc #3. I think he could continue. One might wonder how many he needs to build before he puts even one in profitable operation running at near capacity...or maybe that's just me who wonders...and actually I'm pretty sure I know the answer.
I think the cost to build can also be considerably less that what you see in property, plant and equipment. I suspect a big portion of the PP&E was money paid to Mr. Bordynuik for his 'expertise' outside of being Chief of Technology. Those payments would be capitalized and show up in the PP&E figure. In reality, a JBI processor doesn't look significantly harder to make than Donghe's $80,000 processor. It's possible to install and modify a Donghe cheaply.
I would instead focus on why unambiguous performance results remain hidden from shareholders. Again, you could send an e-mail to IR asking what obstacles still stand in the way of full, profitable production and that might give you some color as to what is going on.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
