On July 1, 2011, Viropro, Inc. (the "Company") completed its acquisition of Alpha Biologics Sdn Bhd ("Alpha"), a bio-manufacturing company with a research facility in Cambridge, England and a manufacturing facility in Penang, Malaysia.
