All I'm hearing from Finston is "I want my money now!" with regards to the PPS. His comparison to ATTBF reinforces that since ATTBF has risen sharply the past few weeks.

I think the story is great, and Bill HAS stated that it's about getting quality medical marijuana to the patients that need it (interview with Alan posted on 2/10/14). Part of that is to have a really good growing operation.
