If you are willing to for go you margin account with your broker your shares are locked up rather you have a sell order or not !!
I have verified this with TD management they are also using shares to shorts and this is how I had to make sure mine would not be used for shorting
Or they wanted my max to be .20 for my 100 mill +
And I will not take that chance right now with what I believe to be near term targets
And the quiet period will end for Bmsn Regen and David the 25th
