My thinking is at todays hearing the judge may, if anything, issue a temporary injunction of the new law, maybe 60-90 days, to allow some extra time for the new facilities to come on line.
Seems to me that would be the simplest way for them to handle it. No hassle, no nixing or re-writing of the law, patients continue to get their medicine, facilities get up to speed without taking shortcuts, everybody wins. jmho
