Yep it's been discussed back-and-forth and my own personal feelings are in the long run either the court decides it won't impact the large growers.
People are lazy they'd rather order different strains online than spend the time growing one or two of their own or maybe they can't grow for a ton of reasons. Those that do grow are a small percent.
