Well I'm no construction expert but I'm now expecting Bill will finish all construction necessary to obtain the license and cut that red ribbon by the last week of April at the latest. I'd be looking for action on building #1 to start here post haste. When we see the first pic of the flooring being poured (which it has not been done yet IMNSHO), it's just a matter of days before the vault can be assembled. BTW did you all know that vault will be 4000 sq ft inside? That's a whole lot of the Nectar of the God's in storage!
