If there's going to be any news updates it would have to come from Minera San Jorge as they acquired all mines.I believe the reason why Minera San Jorge isn't providing any updates is because of Bandera Gold who have been trying to get their hands on Cinco Minas for 7/8 years now. The slander against Minera San Jorge were continuous and hasn't stopped as far as I can tell. This issue needs to be resolved somehow otherwise I don't see any updates coming soon.

As far as shorts go, it's really not that relevant, because they are not in control. All control lies with Minera San Jorge. Minera San Jorge has the power to get even and do something unprecedented by selling those mines.

In the meantime I'd suggest just to focus on other stocks. I do expect something to happen with the stock but what exactly, noone knows.
