The 10.3 acres were never a concern for me. It always was obvious that land would end up fully owned by the company. It also should be obvious that the entire 10.3 acres will have buildings and or other infrastructure covering the entire area. What else would you do with a pittance of 80% of five billion dollars. Of course most if not all of that construction will occur long before we get that far down the road.
