Speaking of upward movement... Look at a 3 month chart and then take a look at the low points.  Draw a line from the low Jan 6th of .006 to the low Jan 17th of .02 to the low March 3rd of .064 and you will clearly see the base direction and attitude of climb that the PPS is on. The percentage of upward pitch is significant when looking at it from a bottom level perspective and not even looking at the up spikes.
