I dunno man.... at this point looks like the volume has dried up... some buyers are coming in, not too much selling pressure and PHOT is green 7+%. I don't see anything dramatic happening either way today or tomorrow... BUT, this baby could run at any drop of news, or just for kicks I'm thinking at this point... like any second now...lol....  Just FEELS that way.... Big Time...

If I had any powder left I'd just get what I could right now at these levels... before it goes... few tenths of a cent isn't worth missing out altogether... jmo...
