I love how JS worships the SEC and puts them on God status. If they are running so efficiently without flaw why don't we apply their model to all of the other government agencies that are bankrupt or riddled with negligence and inefficiency. Why didn't they catch anything when our system nearly collapsed in 2008. Fact is, they use Whistle Blowers for everything and would rarely if ever figure anything out without getting complaints from "insiders."
