I think I will have to have to agree with that scenario Rhinegold.  I believe the bulk of the shares are owned by MSJ insiders and are held in the NOVAMEX MINERAL SA trust which  is SRGE's parent company.  A Cash buyout of the SRGE Stock would be clean and the SRGE shell would just disappear.  But in the meantime, those are valuable properties held by MSJ that at some point will bring a nice $ return on investment.
