FYI, HIMR is doing many things to make this company very reputable in Panama, especially with the Kunas and indigenous population. They are seeking out the very most qualified divers and paying them top wages, providing workers compensation and insurance and assisting them in their tilapia farming industry. Probably will involve many of these when the hemp production comes around. In other words, they are taking extra measures to insure Lake Bayano and the locals are left in better shape after they leave than before they arrived.
