Chinese funding may not be the only answer for TECO.  In fact, there are possibly three or four funding opportunities that could potentially happen, and soon.  So, don't think that all of their eggs are in one basket when discussing funding.  That may not be the case.  Funding means more drilling.  More drilling means more production.  More production means more revenue.  More revenue means the company gets to cashflow positive.  More cashflow positive means a higher share price for investors.  More movement up in the share price disturbs the shorters.  More shorters disturbed, they have to cover.  More shorters have to cover, higher the share price moves.  Stay tuned.
