Agreed. It was a great segment. This is the most bullish I have heard AB on FITX. Very good sign since he's normally so conservative with giving his approvals. I'm still hoping for a last dip into the mid to low .08s to grab some more before the upward movement begins, not sure if it's gonna happen.
