Thats probably a big part of it also-at time of last PR TX resolution may have been expected by Brad within 45 days-I know I expected it upon info available at the time-within a couple months-and then Tx case kept getting delayed

and geo tried to involve brad in their fishing expedition in TX case-which puts a chill on info until TX case over ca April 21-24 or so-

so Brad probably doesnt want to release financials for last 2 years-esp until a way out of the chill or TX case over- because financials will not eliminate chill- and the uplisting to OTCBB etc thus is not possible until the chill is taken care of-and he probably wanted to tie in registration also w info necessary for uplisting --

so the situation has evolved since the PR into something not expected- people usually forget this dynamic /changed real world conditions not expected at time of last PR

Brad probably does want some of these things resolved - a clearer path -before acting
