from the little we can surmise about Brad,I'm guessing he wants to have everything- dtc -port- solved before news or is waiting for TX case to be over-was solving expected and unexpected transitional issues apparently due to the quick takeover in lieu of the normal lengthy dd that normally precedes these takeovers-
so taking care of problems on the back end I presume
port political hardball -sore loser after CWRN won its case against port re ore at port?
hopefully working on and expecting ship loading station permit-could be something he's waiting for also
