What Desolation Row is probably stating is a previous SOS of Wyoming Filing, and it very well could have gone all the way back to March 3rd of 2013 which would be over a year old. The corrections removing Vakser from the SOS filing were done recently, and I believe a PR updated shareholders to these changes.
