O knows all about Schedule 1. In a speech a couple of weeks ago, he made remarks blaming Congress. What else is new?  Did you expect him to take any responsibility despite the fact that the executive branch DEA  controls the CSA restricted list and the FDA and HHS (both executive branch) can make recommendation to reschedule MJ, but have so far refused to do so. It's a charade. The DC zoo lost credibility a while back.
