That's a great question. These cases are coming up with increasing frequency. As LG said,  parents of their suffering children are now asking in no sheepish way why their state laws won't allow the only treatment protocol that, based on the evidence, can dramatically reduce the number of seizure events afflicting their child -- or even eliminate those seizures altogether.
