To be fair, if the NP-1 comes out this week, the 2nd possibility from the shareholder letter, I will say I am wrong.  But if it doesn't it's time to call them on it.  How many times are you gonna allow them to push it back and keep  saying they never said it was coming out so "soon"?  There is such a thing as accountability.  It's time NTEK heard of it and was told the definition.
