that May 2012 *debacle*  was 8 years in the making b4 they IPO'd
their stock *was taken* down >> for just about a year b4 >> cycle changing

i have no interest in anyone buying into JBI via JBII if they haven't done their DD 

but that isn't the issue 

the issue today is the same as the issue back in 2010 
20 mins of DD by the *entity* who works the cycle of $$$$ both ways on the vehicle
of choice specific to OTC stock manipulation >> would have saved them their current issues 

partial cover after 4+ years stock *orchestration* imo is 40.00+ 
it will have nothing to do with co.s market cap tho' the trolls will trot that out by rote 
too bad their playbook is both *dated* and lacking in *originality*
