Ok help me out on clarification on this.  I just read the company shareholder statement.  So we are buying creative edge nutrition (fitx) which is differant than cen biotech.  In the statement it said "CEN Biotech, Inc. was established in 2013 as a partially owned subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition (otc pink:FITX) for the sole purpose of supplying the Canadian public with pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis" and " CEN Biotech Inc. (Michigan) was formed and entered into an agreement with RXNB Inc. to have a right to acquire a pharmacy license" and "CEN Biotech Inc. has submitted a comprehensive application to become a licensed producer " ..So my question is how much is "partially owned"?  Sounds like I'd rather own cen biotech than creative edge nutrition.  I'm not bashing I'm a big fan just trying to do some DD on this.
