Very interesting actually - NTLK is from Cananda and the US - If they were just renting a space in the building as stated in their filings, and I being a VoIP guy, along with NTLK and GM (DUTV) I would at least know them and have lunch or speak around the space since they are both in the same business and could share info. I think the relationship here would be wise.
